CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Natasha (Tash) is the Founder and Clinical Director at Learning Ready Behaviour Services. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Natasha (Tash) is the Founder and Clinical Director at Learning Ready Behaviour Services. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Tash began her career in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in 2010, after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Western Sydney; and went on to complete her Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University.
Tash worked at a leading ABA clinic in Sydney, first as an in-home therapist, and continued gaining experience and supervision to then fulfil various clinic-based roles, including National Training and Development Manager. Within this role, Tash was responsible for delivering ABA training workshops, and ongoing training and development for senior staff, in clinics across NSW, VIC and SA. Tash pioneered in-house therapist training protocols, and was responsible for assessing the quality and effectiveness of staff training procedures.
Tash then moved to the United States of America for two years, where she gained extensive supervision as a Program Supervisor at a world-renowned ABA clinic in Southern California. In this role, Tash worked with a multi-disciplinary team, including behaviour analysts, psychologists, speech pathologists and school teachers. She also supervised a number of clinic-based social skills group programs for children aged 2-7 years old.
Tash is thrilled to be part of building a high-quality team of clinicians at Learning Ready, and providing effective and meaningful behaviour services to the children of Sydney!

Zoe has held multiple roles throughout her ABA career thus far, including Junior Behaviour Therapist and Senior Behaviour Therapist. She has worked in a variety of settings including in-home therapy, clinic-based therapy, as well as shadowing in preschools and primary schools, and facilitating Social Skills Groups. She has experience working with children ranging from 18 months to 14 years of age, as well as working with children with a range of diagnoses.
Zoe is passionate about making therapy fun, exciting and varied for her clients, as well as ensuring therapy is functional and aligned with the child’s and family’s needs.
Laura completed her Bachelor of Science (Biology) at Western Sydney University. She is in the process of beginning her Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Laura intends to complete her required supervised experience at LRBS to pursue certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

Laura has worked as a Behaviour Therapist for the last 8 years with children and young adults from 18 months to 20 years of age, with various diagnoses. As a senior therapist she has acquired experience delivering therapy in a wide range of settings including home, clinic and community based therapy, shadowing in preschools, primary and high schools, as well as workplaces and TAFE.
Laura has a natural approach to therapy, ensuring functionality of the goals being targeted for each client. She is excited to contribute her wealth of experience as a Behaviour Therapist to the team at LRBS.
Meghan has worked as a Behaviour Therapist for 4 years. She has worked with children and young people aged 2 to 19 years, and is passionate about facilitating empowering and culturally-relevant programs for children and their families.

In 2020, Meghan completed a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of NSW and is currently completing the Social Work Honours course. Her thesis is an exploration of education for young people with ASD that is founded in the principles of human rights. She hopes to begin her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis in the near future.

Passionate about helping children and families live their best possible lives, Lulu is determined to help make that a reality. Empathy, drive and an energetic spirit inform her approach to work, ensuring each child and their family has a dedicated and motivated Behaviour Therapist on their team.
Lulu is completing the third year of her Bachelor of Psychology. She intends to continue her education with a Masters of Clinical Psychology.
Lowri moved to Sydney from Wales, UK. After working with children with Autism for a number of years as a teaching aid, Lowri decided to study a Bachelor in Education with Special and Inclusive Needs, and it was there that she came across Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in a psychology module.

Lowri loves working as an ABA therapist and tries to bring as much fun and energy as possible into her sessions. She feels that seeing the children’s progress is the most incredible part of her job!

Emma has held multiple roles with children, including being a nanny for young children, working at PCYC with children with behavioural issues; and has worked in correctional centres with both adolescents and adults with complex needs. Emma has experience conducting mental health assessments and creative group programs, and has training in several different psychological therapies.
Emma is passionate about working alongside children to help them achieve their goals in fun and creative ways, and excited to be doing that within the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Jasmine completed her Bachelor of Counselling at Notre Dame University and intends to go on to further studies in that field. Jasmine has previous experience working with children at a youth outreach centre as well as coaching children sports.

Jasmine is enthusiastic and passionate about working alongside children and their families in order to help them reach their goals and needs; and strives to create a fun and positive environment that will aid in creating positive changes to their lives. Jasmine is excited to be part of the team at Learning Ready, as through ABA, she will be able to aid children and their families in learning skills and behaviours that will help further their development. No one child is the same, and ABA allows Jasmine the chance to assist all children in being heard and understood.

Cassandra is passionate about working alongside children, this passion was established through her previous experience working at a before and after school care; a role in which she facilitated childrens' development through a variety of fun and challenging activities. Additionally, Cassandra's experience working at a private psychology practice provided her with a greater understanding of the importance of developing effective skills for maintaining wellbeing, raising awareness of mental health, and providing support to vulnerable populations in the wider community.
Cassandra is excited to work alongside children and their families to help further develop their skills through Applied Behaviour Analysis. She has worked with a range of students from age 2 to age 9, including within Social Skills Groups. With her energetic presence and calming nature, Cassandra actively supports our students to reach their goals and live their life to their greatest potential.
Olivia recently completed a degree in Psychology at the University of New South Wales and is excited to be part of the Learning Ready Team.

She has previously worked alongside children in a range of environments. This includes being an educator at an inner-city out of school care, where she enjoyed forming strong bonds with the children and directing their learning.

Connor intends to finalise his degree, with aspirations of one day becoming a clinical psychologist.
Connor has held an array of part time positions working alongside children, including rugby coaching, working as a junior help staff at a daycare centre, teaching at his local Sunday school, as well as participating in an English language immersion in Cambodia. Connor is aware of the importance of specialised programs that are tailored towards the individualities of each child. He endeavours to utilise his positive spirit, passion for learning and experience with children across a range of areas to create the best possible ABA experience possible.

Jose possesses a strong passion for working with young children and their families, which has stemmed from his previous employment as a youth mentor working with at-risk youth (7-18 yrs). This position involved a strength based approach - to assist young children in identifying their strengths to overcome adversity, and to promote independence to achieve their goals.
Jose is excited to be utilising Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) as an empirical approach, to aid young children in developing and improving their skills in various areas (e.g. social, emotional, cognitive) to ultimately fulfil their personal goals.

She came to this realization while studying developmental courses as part of her degree, and after being exposed to different cultures’ views and practices regarding mental health. Maimoona wants to help kids bring out their best selves and equip them with skills which will enable them to live a progressive, independent life; where they can take advantage of all that the world has to offer.
Maimoona is excited to be a part of the LRBS team and practising ABA because it focuses on increasing children’s daily functioning skills, helping them to be more self-sufficient; while also teaching them how to experience positive social interactions in their world.
Emily moved to Sydney from the United States after graduating from the University of Rochester in New York. She has completed two Bachelor’s Degrees - in Psychology and in Gender Studies, with an additional minor degree in Spanish.

Emily has been working with children for the past 7 years. She’s supervised learning programs, held leadership positions in many summer camps, and taught in a classroom and one-on-one setting. Emily has also completed two AmeriCorps placements at an intensive residential treatment program for children and at a non-profit funding children’s education. She hopes to continue her passion for empowering children by pursuing her PhD in Child Psychology.
Emily’s experience working with all walks of life has enabled her to develop an understanding of children’s unique and complex needs. She practices a person-centred approach, and cares deeply about meeting children where they’re at to help them achieve their goals. She loves celebrating accomplishments, both big and small!
Jade moved to Australia from Malta after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Honours). She has spent the last six years working with children of all ages in different settings from foster families to private schools. Jade first worked at a nursery school and implemented activities aimed at building each child's skills. Later

She has spent the last six years working with children of all ages in different settings from foster families to private schools. Jade first worked at a nursery school and implemented activities aimed at building each child's skills. Later she pursued further career development at a private school as a Learning Support Assistant where she aided a number of young learners with social and communication difficulties, challenging behaviour, as well as intellectual difficulties. Whilst working in this field Jade got to experience first-hand the benefits of Applied Behaviour Analysis by liaising with a therapist and implementing school based behaviour support with a young student with Autism. This inspired Jade to pursue a career in this field. She is currently working on obtaining her Registered Behaviour Technician credential and intends to pursue her BCBA credential in the future.
