CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Natasha (Tash) is the Founder and Clinical Director at Learning Ready Behaviour Services. She is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Tash completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Western Sydney; and went on to complete her Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Tash has since also worked a Sessional Teaching Associate in the same Masters program at Monash University.
Tash began her career in ABA in 2010, working at a leading ABA clinic in Sydney, first as an in-home therapist, and continued gaining experience and supervision to then fulfil various clinic-based roles, including National Training and Development Manager. Within this role, Tash was responsible for delivering ABA training workshops, and ongoing training and development for senior staff, in clinics across NSW, VIC and SA. Tash pioneered in-house therapist training protocols, and was responsible for assessing the quality and effectiveness of staff training procedures.
Tash then moved to the United States of America for two years, where she gained extensive supervision as a Program Supervisor at a world-renowned ABA clinic in Southern California. In this role, Tash worked with a multi-disciplinary team, including behaviour analysts, psychologists, speech pathologists and teachers. She also supervised a number of clinic-based social skills group programs for children aged 2-7 years old.
Tash is passionate about building a high-quality team of clinicians at Learning Ready, and providing ethical, values-driven, effective, and meaningful behaviour services to the children of Sydney and their families!
FAMILY SUPPORT LEADER & BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Amy completed her Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University in June 2020. Amy is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Amy has worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for nine years, with children from the age of 12 months to 13 years old, with a variety of developmental diagnoses.
Amy is passionate about addressing barriers to children’s learning and using natural environment teaching where possible for the most organic learning environments.
BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Zoe completed her Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University in 2020, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Macquarie University. Zoe is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA).
Zoe has held multiple roles throughout her ABA career thus far, including Junior Behaviour Therapist, Senior Behaviour Therapist, and Program Supervisor. She has worked in a variety of settings including in-home therapy, clinic-based therapy, as well as shadowing in preschools and primary schools, and facilitating Social Skills Groups. She has experience working with children ranging from 18 months to 14 years of age, as well as working with children with a range of diagnoses.
Zoe is passionate about making therapy fun, exciting and varied for her clients, as well as ensuring therapy is functional and aligned with the child’s and family’s needs.
BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Olivia completed her Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at the University of New South Wales, and her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Olivia is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Olivia has worked with Learning Ready since 2020. Olivia is committed to developing rewarding relationships with children and their families by applying evidence-based practices. She is passionate about increasing children’s autonomy through developing their functional communication skills. She loves assisting clients in a variety of settings to ensure they feel safe and supported in all environments.
BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Teresa moved to Sydney from Ireland in February 2023. Teresa completed her Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis at the National University of Ireland (Galway) in 2021, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the National University of Ireland (Maynooth). Teresa is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Teresa has worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for two and a half years, providing support to neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities, ranging in age from 4 to 62 years old. Teresa has experience working across home, clinic and school settings.
Teresa strives to bring about meaningful change in the lives of the children she works with and their families. Teresa is passionate about developing and implementing individualised plans that address behaviours of concern, and teach skills that will enable the child greater access to the wider community and to become as independent as possible.
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Since joining Learning Ready Behaviour Services in early 2020, Irene has enjoyed working as a Behaviour Therapist with children while pursuing her education in Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Professional Psychology from Western Sydney University, and is currently registered as a
Provisional Psychologist.
Irene brings experience working with children with diverse presentations, creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions.
She uses evidence-based practices tailored to each child’s unique way of thinking and experiencing the world, helping them understand their emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and build on their personal strengths.
Dedicated to supporting children and families in meaningful ways, Irene believes in the importance of collaboration to support positive growth. Her approach is compassionate and focused on helping clients make steady, positive changes in a way that respects and embraces neurodiversity.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Elyse graduated from Western Sydney University with her Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion) and Master of Health Science (Health Services Management) in 2014. Her passion for holistic wellbeing and paediatric health lead her to excel in multiple roles across the education and health industries including Telehealth Advisor, Wellness Director, Family Relationship Manager, Health Educator and Early Childhood Educator, where she also attained her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Elyse’s involvement in designing, implementing, and evaluating a range of health and wellness initiatives within the pre-school setting further instilled her passion for early intervention strategies and research lead her to discover the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Elyse began her role as Behaviour Therapist with Learning Ready in 2021, and is committed to providing evidence-based therapy that is flexible, creative, and functional, while ensuring children and their families feel safe and supported. Elyse intends to further her education in pursuit of BCBA credential, and increase her clinical skills while providing meaningful therapy across clinic, school, and in-home settings. Elyse is a member of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Natalie has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Distinction at the University of New South Wales. She has experience working in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) providing support to children aged 2 to 6 years old.
Natalie strives to create a fun and exciting learning environment while building mutual respect and trust with the children and their families. She is passionate about providing a high standard of treatment that enhances each child's independence and self-advocacy skills. In the future she intends to continue her education in the field of ABA while developing her skills as a Behaviour Therapist.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Marissa is studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education at The University of New England. She is passionate about inclusive education and has over eight years’ experience working with children with diverse needs in various roles; including as a Student Learning Support Officer, Tutor, in early learning centres and as a Support Worker.
Marissa is passionate about providing high quality care that is tailored to individuals and founded in evidence and research. She believes in honesty, respect and empathy, as well as being creative and having fun to ensure children are learning and engaged.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Miriam (Mim) is completing her final year in a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Arts (Linguistics), with a particular interest in emotional development and speech acquisition. She intends to continue her studies with a Masters in Speech Pathology.
Mim has worked in home-based childcare for over two years, collaborating with families to provide informed and compassionate care according to young children’s unique needs. She is a strong advocate for the power of creative, connection-based play.
Mim is passionate about early intervention and empathetic, evidence-based care. She is committed to maintaining a consistent, measured and attentive therapy space, and encouraging confidence and agency so that children are best-placed to gain progress.
